Description

This Persian Bijar kilim features a geometric tribal composition built through repeated triangular motifs arranged in flowing wave-like movement across the flatwoven surface.

The palette combines dusty greige, warm stone beige, faded clay orange, and ash-brown accents layered throughout the composition.

The repeated triangular geometry creates rhythmic directional movement while preserving the balanced simplicity characteristic of Persian tribal flatweaving traditions.

The overall atmosphere feels weathered, earthy, and softened while maintaining the direct handmade structure associated with Bijar village weaving.

Subtle tonal variation between the faded terracotta areas and lighter greige tonalities creates calm decorative rhythm throughout the kilim.

All motifs and structural elements remain geometric and direct, reflecting the visual language characteristic of handmade nomadic and village textiles.

Because the kilim is fully flatwoven and reversible, both sides can be used while preserving the clarity of the geometric tribal composition.

The borders are finished with goat hair, reinforcing the raw tactile character traditionally associated with tribal weaving structures.

The interaction between the greige palette, faded terracotta tonalities, ash-brown accents, and rhythmic triangular geometry creates restrained tribal decorative atmosphere with clear Bijar textile identity.

This piece stands out for its wave-like geometric structure, weathered tonal palette, goat-hair borders, and balanced handmade tribal composition.
