- Business Nature
Zhee Showroom specializes in one-of-a-kind, collectible pieces including handwoven carpets and curated artworks. We do not offer custom orders or workshops. - Payment
• Payments are accepted through Visa and MasterCard.
• Bank transfer (wire transfer) is available upon request for selected transactions.
• All payments are processed securely under international standards (PCI DSS, SSL). - Shipping & Delivery
• Items are shipped from Iran or occasionally from our storage facilities abroad, depending on the location of the piece.
• Delivery timelines vary by destination and chosen courier. Estimated schedules are outlined in our Shipping Policy. - Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Due to the unique nature of our inventory, once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Returns or exchanges are not possible. Each piece is unique and sold as-is. - Product Authenticity & Description
• Every rug and artwork is carefully photographed and accompanied by detailed videos.
• Images represent the actual product, though slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings. No color editing is applied.
• Handmade items naturally contain variations, which form part of their authenticity and artistic value. - Liability
• Zhee Showroom ensures careful packaging and insurance coverage for every shipment.
• Responsibility for safe delivery is ours until the item is handed to the courier. In case of loss or damage during transit, insurance will apply. - Intellectual Property
• All images, texts, and designs featured on this website belong to Khodayar SPC / Zhee Showroom.
• Reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited. - Governing Law
• These terms are governed by international trade practices and the applicable laws of the exporting country.
• Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
